We observed that the challenges persisted among IR Teams of publicly listed companies, regardless of their numerous efforts. Low share trading volume, scarce resources, and a lack of investor interest. This can be particularly painful for Finnish small & mid-cap companies, which are listed on a distant European exchange.
We decided to take action on this.
Blue Berry Share was founded by IR professionals themselves, having experienced the pains and gains first-hand. A solution to solve these challenges by bridging the information gap was born. Its name is beautiful as well, Blue Berry Share. We want IR Teams to have the most suitable tools to achieve results in the modern world.

Mervi brings over two decades of practical and leadership experience to her role as CEO & Founder of Blue Berry Share.
Her own experiences with the challenges IR Teams face daily inspired her to found Blue Berry Share, so that every company IR team could get the results they deserve.
Her clarity of vision, entrepreneurial spirit, and deep understanding of the industry, position her among the thought-leaders in the modern investor relations space.
As a sailing lady and orienteering enthusiast, she navigates Blue Berry Share towards its vision.
She holds an M. Sc. (Econ.) from the Helsinki School of Economics and is a Certified IR Professional (CIRP). Besides her work in demanding positions in the industry, she’s also served in the Finnish IR Society.
